I have gotten my promotion at my job last month. I felt pressured when I got it because I know more I expect to handle and to satisfy the expectations, I have to work hard and maybe, I can not get enough time to spend with my family. My family is my first priority before work. I want to spend a portion of my time with them. But in my promotion, I told my wife that maybe, I can spend less time with them and focus more on my work.
He then replied that it was fine as long as I still have time for them.
